Health and productivity management of DaikyoNishikawa
In order to view employee health management from a management perspective, we are promoting health and productivity management with the goals of "ensuring safety and physical and mental health of employees and their families" and "creating a comfortable workplace where diverse human resources can make the most of their abilities."
Promotion system
Based on the Health Declaration and under the direction and orders of the Health and Productivity Management Promotion Officer, the Safety, Health and Environment Dept. takes initiative to establish and operate the promotion system through mutual cooperation among our bases and related institutions and groups.
Initiatives to achieve health and productivity management
In conformity to the Health Declaration, we implement various measures and activities with the aim of achieving a state where every employee is “working with enthusiasm while being healthy both physically and mentally” through the “promotion of mental and physical health” on the basis of two conditions: 1) creation of a safe and secure workplace and 2) improvement of health literacy.
