DaikyoNishikawa Group Human Rights Policy

The DaikyoNishikawa Group (DaikyoNishikawa Corporation and its consolidated subsidiaries) is committed to corporate management that respects the human rights of all stakeholders, including our Group employees, and contributes to the realization of a sustainable society. Guided by our corporate philosophy, which aspires to "be a company that seeks the happiness and prosperity of its employees and cherishes people, society, and the Earth," we have identified the “Promotion of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Respect for Human Rights” as a material issue in our long-term vision “Vision 2040” and our medium-term management plan since fiscal 2024. Accordingly, we are committed to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone is respected and empowered to thrive.

Based on this philosophy, we hereby establish the DaikyoNishikawa Group Human Rights Policy to ensure that the entire Group works collectively to advance and continuously improve human rights initiatives. This Policy is to be observed by all individuals working within our Group and is positioned as the highest-level policy governing human rights in our business operations.

1. Commitment to Respect for Human Rights

The Group regards respect for human rights as the foundation of all its corporate activities and will proactively and continuously pursue efforts to uphold and improve human rights. This Policy is based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (“UN Guiding Principles”) and affirms our commitment to respecting internationally recognized human rights, complying with the international human rights obligations applicable in the countries where we operate, and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

We support and respect internationally recognized human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenants on Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (Core Labour Standards), and other relevant international instruments. We strive to promote awareness and understanding of fundamental human rights across our organization.

2. Scope and Governance

This Policy applies to all executives and employees of the DaikyoNishikawa Group. We also expect all of our business partners and suppliers to understand and support our commitment to respecting human rights.

The Representative Director and President is responsible for the formulation and implementation of this Policy, and under their leadership, we will continue to strengthen our systems and promote initiatives that respect human rights throughout the organization.

3. Human Rights Due Diligence

To fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights, the Group will establish and continuously implement mechanisms for human rights due diligence—defined as an ongoing process to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how the Group addresses its actual and potential adverse human rights impacts, in line with the UN Guiding Principles.

4. Remedy and Grievance Mechanisms

When the Group identifies that it has caused or contributed to adverse human rights impacts, we will take prompt and effective measures to provide remedy and will establish and maintain appropriate grievance mechanisms to ensure access to such remedies.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation

In responding to potential or actual adverse human rights impacts, the Group will engage in meaningful dialogue and consultation with internal and external stakeholders. This includes seeking advice from independent third-party experts where appropriate.

6. Disclosure

The Group will appropriately disclose information regarding its human rights initiatives and progress through its official website and other communication channels.

7. Education and Awareness

The Group will provide continuous education and awareness-raising programs for its executives, employees, and relevant stakeholders to ensure understanding and implementation of this Policy.

This Policy was approved by the Board of Directors of DaikyoNishikawa Corporation on May 30, 2025.

It will be revised as necessary in response to evolving social expectations, including changes in applicable laws and regulations.
