Harmonized Interior Concept Comfortable space Environment
We have embodied the
harmonized interior concept, which is to harmonize and integrate various technologies that it has individually developed, based on the ideas of “interior that comfortably connects people and cars” and “monozukuri that comfortably connects cars and people,” which is presented in the interior concept model C2035.
Comfort-enhancing technologies that constitute the interior concept
This concept model harmonizes three comfort-enhancing technologies throughout the entire interior space, creating a superior level of comfort.
- Luminosity-controlling leather significantly reduces the impact of the skin color on the color of the transmitted light while also improving vividness, enabling clearer icon display.
- The use of slush molding technology on Flexible skin enhances design aesthetics while also improving ease of assembly and disassembly, contributing to compliance with the proposed End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) regulations.
- Fragrance unit incorporates a plastic actuator to reduce operating noise when switching fragrances while also achieving weight reduction and cost savings.

Baffle-integrated plastic pipe EV
As electric vehicles are increasingly densely crammed with components, the importance of functionally integrated products is growing in order to make efficient use of limited layout space. In response to these market demands, we focused on the inside of the e-Axle and has replaced the oil passage pipes with plastic ones and integrated them with a baffle function to control the oscillation of the gear oil. Furthermore, in addition to being compatible with various fixing methods, this technology can accommodate a wide range of specifications such as longer lengths, bellows shapes, and double-pipe configurations, enabling product development that meets the increasingly diverse needs of the future.
