Notice about the disclosure of  “Human Rights Policy”
The DaikyoNishikawa Group publishes the corporate philosophy which is “to be a company which places emphasis on people, society and the earth, in pursuit of the happiness and prosperity of our employees." We have identified the “Promotion of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Respect for Human Rights” as a material issue in our long-term vision “Vision 2040” and our medium-term management plan since FY 2024. Accordingly, we are committed to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone is respected and empowered to thrive.
The DaikyoNishikawa Group has long been committed to respecting human rights, guided by our “Fundamental Principles on Human Rights”. For further strengthen these efforts, we have established the “DaikyoNishikawa Group Human Rights Policy” as our highest-level policy on human rights. This policy is based on standards published internationally, including the United Nations 【Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights】 and the ILO(International Labour Organization) 【Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work】.
The DaikyoNishikawa Group places respect for human rights at the core of its business activities. We are committed to continuously advancing and improving our human rights initiatives through autonomous and proactive efforts.
