For further strengthen these efforts, we have established the “DaikyoNishikawa Group Human Rights Policy” as our highest-level policy on human rights. This policy is based on standards published internationally, including the United Nations 【Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights】 and the ILO(International Labour Organization) 【Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work】.
