DaikyoNishikawa Exhibits at "Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025"  
DaikyoNishikawa Corporation will exhibit at the "Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 Yokohama" and "Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 ONLINE STAGE 1" (organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, Inc. ), to be held from May 21st to 23rd, 2025.

 

At our booth, we will be exhibiting our "Ideas into Shape. Creation of future-friendly resins.We plan to exhibit products and technologies that offer new added value in the categories of "Comfortable Space," "Environment," and "EVs."

In 2024, we have unveiled the interior concept model "C2035", which is designed to comfortably connect people and cars. We will introduce technologies that embody each of these elemental technologies.

Creating space

"Scent Sync" senses the physical condition of passengers and creates a comfortable space with the most suitable aroma from a selection of original aromas such as those made from Setouchi lemon peels, a local waste material. "Anti-glare texture" controls incident light to reduce reflections on windows and create a clearer view, resulting in a more comfortable cabin space.

Environmentally friendly

Decorative panels with skin are processed by slush molding to reduce man-hours, lower costs, and ensure stable fixation. The easy disassembly of the product enables users to change the design according to their moods and to recycle horizontally. (Flexible epidermis)
In addition, by combining resin materials upcycled from local waste materials such as oyster shells, denim, and lemons with our own unique textures, we offer a variety of interior design possibilities and environmentally friendly manufacturing. (Material Library)

The concept is "people-friendly,"and the use of environmentally friendly materials and a lightweight, recyclable structure have been adopted. It is also designed to be human-friendly in terms of operation, equipped with an "intelligent kick sensor" that safely and reliably activates the kick sensor.

Thermal Management Technology for EVs   EV

In recent years, the amount of heat generated has been increasing with higher voltages due to rapid charging, and there is a growing need for cooling between products where heat damage is a concern. In response, we propose the "Flexible Joint Pipe," a cooling water pipe with flexibility due to its bellows structure, and the "Cooling BUSbar," an optimal shape with minimal layout that does not impede heat convection and maximizes the thermal conductivity of the material.
