For shareholders stated or recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31 each year who hold 1 unit (100 shares) or more of our company’s stock, we offer special gifts as follows:

(1)Shareholders who have continuously held our shares for less than 3 years: QUO Card for 500yen
(2)Shareholders who have continuously held our shares for 3 years or longer: QUO Card for 1,000yen

* “Shareholders who have continuously held our shares for 3 years or longer” refer to shareholders stated or recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31 each year who have also been stated or recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31 or September 30 at least seven consecutive times with the same shareholder number. The calculation of the continuous holding period starts from March 31, 2019, which is the first record date.
Timing of sending shareholder benefits
The gifts for shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of March 31 are scheduled to be sent to their home in about three months from the date on which their rights are determined.
