We continue pursuit of technological development to address various needs related to cost and design, such as the development of BMC materials by which lightweight and low-cost artificial marble bathtubs are realized.
Application of painting technology
We propose high-value added housing equipment components, such as SMC bathtubs with quality appearance added by paints and wash places with hydrophilic paints, by applying automobile painting technology.

BMC Artificial Marble
Our originally developed BMC artificial marble allows color and pattern combination coordination according to customer requests. In addition to the availability of "marble patterns" that could previously be represented only by the casting method, antimicrobial performance can be brought about.
BMC product with no glass fibers filled
To overcome the disadvantages of conventional artificial marble with deterioration in maintenance performance due to the exposure of glass fibers when the surface is cut, we developed a glass fiber-less material. This material, which maintains gloss even when cut with high-level maintenance-free performance, is also superior to contamination resistance.
The use of plastic for underground city gas pipes greatly increases their strength for withstanding earthquakes. In addition, these pipes feature excellent on-site workability, and greatly improved durability. Our large-size thick plastic gas pipes, which require a high level of precision, have been approved by the Japan Gas Association, and are produced using large injection molding machines.
By copper-plating plastic rain gutters, we can provide the same attractive appearance as copper rain gutters, but at a low price.
For a broad range of housing products, we are able to preserve the style of the Japanese architecture, while using the latest technology to achieve higher performance and lower costs.
Iron-core Stair Mat
This plastic-coated stair mat uses recycled polyethylene as the primary material. By press-molding it at the same time as the metal core (steel plate) where the installation bolts are attached, we are able to provide both higher strength and improved workability. We make best use of the high degree of molding and design freedom that is only possible with plastic to provide products with additional functions such as no-slip or drainage functions.
Garden Storage Chest
This plastic garden storage chest functions as both a stepping stone and storage chest. DaikyoNishikawa products are noted for the special plastic material that gives the appearance of stone, and for the low cost achieved through the use of blow molding.
The addition of functions and function integration - areas in which our company is particularly skilled - appeal to the customers and allow us to provide fully satisfying products.
The use of blow molding improves the design characteristics, and also produces higher strength, lighter weight, and greater durability. The divided design allows the common use of parts in products of different sizes. We are focused on recycling for environmental protection, and for this purpose we use our design technologies to integrate functions and minimize the use of different material types in the same products, even for products which require movement.
