We have succeeded in eliminating waste materials from production by means of mass production using an NTS method.

We make use of a broad range of production methods in the development and production of instrument panels. These methods include the use of urethane injection-molded parts with powder slash surface material or vacuum-molded surface material, as well as "soft feel" painting and colored injection molding. We are also actively working to protect the earth's environment. For urethane injection-molded instrument panels, we have succeeded in eliminating waste materials from production by means of mass production using an NTS method that does not require a trimming process after molding.
