History <After the merger in 2007>

Apr. 2007
  • The three companies, Nishikawa Kasei Co., Ltd. , GP Daikyo Co., Ltd. , and (former) DaikyoNishikawa Corporation merged to become DaikyoNishikawa Corporation(DNC), and transferred its headquarters to 1-4-31 Kitashinchi, Saka-cho, Aki-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture.
  • Established the R&D Center for advanced research and development in Aki-ku, Hiroshima.
June 2007
  • Started mass production of oil strainers at newly built Mie plant.
July 2007
  • Established DaikyoNishikawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a consolidated company to provide plastic parts for Japanese auto companies in Thailand.
Nov. 2010
  • Established DaikyoNishikawa Auto Parts (Changshu) Co., Ltd. as a consolidated company to provide plastic parts for Japanese auto companies in China.
Oct. 2011
  • DNC made Changchun Wanlong DaikyoNishikawa Auto Parts Co., Ltd. an equity method affiliate.
  • DNC and Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. established AFT Corporation to provide plastic parts for Daihatsu.
Jan. 2012
  • DaikyoNishikawa KaiYang Auto Parts (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (former equity method affiliate) became a subsidiary company of DNC.
Feb. 2012
  • Established DaikyoNishikawa Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. as a consolidated company to provide plastic parts for Japanese auto companies in Mexico.
Mar. 2012
  • Renamed DaikyoNishikawa (Shanghai) Software Technologies Co., Ltd. to DaikyoNishikawa Auto Parts (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in line with its business expansion from design and development to include sales and marketing.
Feb. 2013
  • DNC and Temma Corporation established PT.DaikyoNishikawa Tenma Indonesia as a consolidated company to expand marketing activities for Japanese auto companies in Indonesia.
Oct. 2013
  • Established DNCservice Co., Ltd. as a consolidated company to provide insurance and maintainance services for domestic factories.
Mar. 2014
  • Listed DNC shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
July 2015
  • PT.DaikyoNishikawa Tenma Indonesia started operation as a manufacturing subsidiary in Indonesia.
May 2016
  • Oita factory started operation in Oita, Japan.
Jan 2017
  • DaikyoNishikawa KaiYang Auto Parts (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. changed the company name to DaikyoNishikawaTongYang Auto Parts (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.
